Darlene was born in Milton, Ontario and moved to Wawa in the winter of 1976. She graduated from Sault College in 1983 with the Visual Arts Diploma. Darlene has always been inspried by the love and support of her family. It was only recently, in 2004, that Darlene began to devote a lot more of her time to drawing and has been developing her skill with the pencil and other mediums ever since. Her style is focused on the fine details of the subject for a very life-like image. Darlene has completed many commissions over the years, including a mural for the Peel Regional Police, a dedication to the Byron Fire Hall in London, and the Logo for the 2004 Wawa MHS Reunion. She has her artwork in private homes across Canada. Darlene currently resides in London, Ontario.
