Jack’s Barn

I wanted to make something from the disappearance of rural life-old abandoned barns built in a different time.
My creation is turned from a salvaged, old, butternut barn beam. The three vessels sit on shell casings.

I studied at the Vancouver School of Art. For about the last 10 years I have been turning wood or industrial material. I attend wholesale and retail shows and have done commission work. I live and work in rural Ontario.
